We offer clients our "best seller" selection with the opportunity to modify the plan to make it their own without interupting the intergrity of a Dan Buck Design.  Our clients have the choice of either bringing in a plan of their own or selecting one of ours, we will work with you every step of the way.

1.  "French Tuscan"

 SOLD

The French Tucan is a combination of both, the "French Country" and the "Tuscan Home" which basically means it's a Tuscan design with a French flair.  This home is very large with individual rooms rather than the open floor plan of the 1990's and has a combination of textures such as wood floors, limestone and granite.  This home will also have textured walls and several fireplaces.

Located at 209 Hartin Drive Evansville, IN. off Stringtown Road on the #2 green of the Evansville Counrty Club.  This home is listed at $1,275,000.00.

2.  "New American Home"

The New American Home is big inside and out.  This home is all about uniterrupted flow; from kitchen to dining area to family room; from master bedroom with large walk in closets to luxurious baths with double sinks, whirlpool tub and seperate shower.  The interiors will have carpeting, ceramic and wood flooring.  You will see large open rooms and plenty of windows for added sunlight.  Granite countertops, custom ceramic showers in the master suite and tall ceilings on the main floor.

2.  "Tuscan Home"

A variation of this home is currently under construction in Buckingham Woods Subdivision as a pre-sold on lot #29.

Tuscan style home plans are usually a stone combination with low pitched roofs.  Tuscan designs may include arched windows, raised entries and a courtyard.  The interior will have textured walls and granite countertops with limestone backsplashes.  Wood flooring throughout the first floor with exception of the bedrooms, baths, kitchen/breakfast combo and laundry where there will be carpet or ceramic tile.  You will often find columns and arched doorways and a variety of ceiling heights and styles mixed in together.

3.  "Traditional Home"

This home is not currently available for showing.

Traditional Homes are some of the most common style built throughout the United States.  They are commonly a unique mix of many architectural styles, modified to meet the preferences of the typical American Family.  Inside you will find just about anything goes, fireplaces, custom kitchens, bonus rooms for kids, circle top windows etc..

4.  "French Country"

A variation of this home is currently under construction in the Buckingham Woods Subdivision on lot #13 for $394,900.00.  This plan in Buckingham has a four car garage with an extra tall overhead to store a boat or motorhome.

French Country house plans have front porches, dormers, and a steep roof line that runs parallel to the road.  The home is often dressed in brick and stone with a central front door.  The interior usually has individual room rather than the "open" floor plan of the 1990's.  You will find this syle of home to have unique designs inside with the high ceilings, granite countertops, wood flooring and archways.  You will also notice it has seperate laudryrooms rather than the typical "mud room" and home office or library.
