First I would like you to know how much we are enjoying our new home.  It is so nice to be in a home where we were able to choose the items in it.  Our experience was pleasant and you seemed to understand what we wanted in a home.

Our process began with the help of Mike Reeder, which i am sure you would agree, is a great person who put us on the path to Dan Buck Homes.  Once we saw your floor plan and met with you, we were confident you would do a great job.  We absolutly love the lot and are so greatful Dan was able to save so many trees, which was important to us.

One area of concern when we started the home building process was the allotment of money toward the various items we wanted, i.e. hardwood floors, cabinets, lighting, etc., however we were pleasantly surprized by how close Dan's calulations were.  You understood the quality home we were looking for and made allowances for that.

Working with Renee to choose items for our home was great.  She was very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails.  There are many decisions to make in a home that I was unaware of, but Renee was able to direct me to the right people and product.  It was a bonus that Renee never seemed to mind that I was toting my one year old son with me everywhere.  Even after the home was finished, Renee has been very helpful in our happiness with the home.  She has followed up with contractors in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with our finished product.

Building with Dan Buck Homes has been a pleasant experience in an otherwise confusing process.  Dan and Renee were very helpful, respectful, and pleasant throughout our nine month home builing process.  This is the first home we have built and would recommend Dan Buck Homes to our friends.  Once again, thank you for your time and hard work.

Dan and Renee,

Although we are still in the process of building, we are quickly coming to a close.  I thought it appropriate to send you a note expressing a heartfelt thank you for everything you have done for us in building our dream home.

I am so very impressed with your professionalism and dedication to making this entire process a truly wonderful experience.  The fact that we chose the right builder is evident to us every day in this process.  We were initially very hesitant in building a new home, as this was a new experience for the both of us.  Although we had no experience in this area, the two of you have done an exceptional job educating us in the process of building and we sincerely appreciate the time and patience you have always extended us.  Both of you have always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure our happiness in our choices and have provided invaluable advise along the way - our home is truly beautiful because of the choices you have helped us make.

We spent two years looking at pre-built homes and new construction while we were selling our existing homes.  Although we knew the quality of a Dan Buck homes going into the process because of the numerous homes wqe toured along the way, we discovered this first hand when you began constructing our home.  We have had choices of the utmost quality in construction and finishing and have not had to sacrifice any of our original goals when building our custom home.  We continue to be amazed each day of the quality of finishing choices that were built into our budjet from the beginning.  Many had told us to expect to exceed our budjet by a conciderable amount and now I tell them, you picked the wrong builder!  Your honosty and intergrity as builders and people are unparaleled.  There is so much comfort in having that demonstrated time and again throughout this process.

We are so very proud of the home you have built for us.  This letter will not begin to express our deepest gratitude for everything you have done for us along the way.  I will always recomment a Dan Buck home to anyone concidering customizing the home of their dreams.  We are so thankful to both of you for being a part of our lives, and could not be happier about the way our home is progressing.

We would like to take a few minutes of your time to truly thank you for giving us such a wonderful home.  I suppose we should also be thanking our Realtor, Kristina Rhodes with F C Tucke,r for pointing us in your direction.

Our relocation to Evansville from Indianapolis was the largest decision we have had to make thus far in our lives together.  It was a very stressful decision, not only for us, but also for our two young children.  We had originally planned to wait a few months before desiding to buy a home and make our move from Indianapolis.  While keeping our eyes on the market in Evansville (with Mrs. Rhodes of course), we came across one of your homes and knew we had found what we wanted.  Our original plan of a few months has turned into a few weeks.

Although it wasn't our first time building a home it was quite different from our previous experience.  Your knowledge and experience was evident from the beginning.  Whether it was dealing with an unusually wet winter or a pushy client, it was handled with utmost professionalism and we hold a great deal of respect for that.  Dan's personal touchs on our home are some of the features we love most.  Renee's suggestions, whether it be color for cabinets, or types of lighingt fixtures, were on target every time.  The amount of selections we made were also the perfect amount for us to call this house our home.

Our six month building experience with you was not only a construction of a home,  but our introduction to the city of Evansville.  Asd said before, our decision to relocate was a difficult one.  Once we started the process, we knew we made the right decision.  Sharing your knowledge of the city with us helped tremenously with our settling in and truly feeling at home.  It was good to know that we had more than just professional relationships in our new city.

Once again, we thank you deeply for not only building our home, but taking our unique situation into consideration.  Ac celerating your timeline, showing us around the city,  telling us where to buy funiture and becoming our friends and neighbors are much more than is expected from a home builder.  Thanks for always going the extra step.
